We are pleased to share Reso’s 2025 Social Impact Report, capturing a year in which social impact became more intentional, structured, and embedded across the organization. This report reflects our continued commitment to delivering measurable social and environmental outcomes that align with our values and support long-term value creation.
Covering the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, the report outlines our progress across three focus areas: Community, the Reso Team, and the Environment. It highlights initiatives aimed at strengthening communities through education, research, and capability development, enhancing employee well-being and engagement, and advancing responsible environmental practices supported by clear performance indicators.
In 2025, we also strengthened how we plan, measure, and sustain our social impact efforts. By applying a performance-oriented approach, we treated social impact objectives with the same rigor as core business priorities, enabling clearer accountability and continuous improvement. Through transparent reporting, this document provides stakeholders with a clear view of the outcomes achieved, the lessons learned, and the foundation we continue to build for long-term, responsible growth.
